This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from R3BELLIS APPAREL LTD (“R3BELLIS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
 
IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE
 
All delivery timeframes listed below are estimates and refer to transit time AFTER an order has been shipped, not processing time.
 
1. ORDER PROCESSING
 
All orders are processed within:
* 1–3 business days after order confirmation
 
During drops, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
 
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
 
2. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES (TRANSIT TIME ONLY)
 
We ship from Canada.
 
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

* 4–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, inspections, or local conditions.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
 
We use trusted carriers, including:
* Canada Post
* USPS
* UPS
* DHL
* FedEx
* chit chat

 Carrier selection depends on destination and service availability.
 
4. TRACKING
 
Once your order ships:
* A tracking number will be sent via email
* Tracking updates depend on the carrier
 
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must contact the carrier directly.
 
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
 
International orders may be subject to:
* Import duties
* Customs fees
* Local taxes
 
These charges:
* Are not included in shipping or product prices
* Are determined by your local authorities
* Are the responsibility of the customer
 
R3BELLIS is not responsible for:
* Customs delays
* Held or seized packages
* Refused or unclaimed parcels
 
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
 
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
 
R3BELLIS is not responsible for:
* Delays caused by incorrect addresses
* Packages delivered to incorrect locations due to customer error
 
7. LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
 
Once an order is handed to the carrier:
* Responsibility transfers to the customer
 
R3BELLIS is not liable for:
* Lost packages
* Stolen packages
* Delays caused by carriers or customs
 
We may assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee outcomes.
 
8. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
 
An order is considered fulfilled once:
* It has been handed to the carrier
* Tracking information has been issued
 
Delivery confirmation is determined by the carrier.
