R3BELLIS APPAREL LTD operates on a limited-drop, no-restock model. Every item is produced and released with intent. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following policy.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer:
* Returns
* Exchanges
* Refunds
This applies to:
* Limited drops
* Pre-orders
* Sale items
* Promotional releases
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
2. EXCEPTION — FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
The only exception is if:
* You receive the wrong item, OR
* The item arrives defective
To qualify:
* You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
* Proof (photos/video) is required
* Item must be unworn and unused
Approved cases will be handled at our discretion.
We may offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.
3. NO RESTOCK GUARANTEE
R3BELLIS does not restock products.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to:
* Customs duties
* Import taxes
* Brokerage fees
These charges are:
* Determined by your local authorities
* Not included in product or shipping prices
* The responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for:
* Customs delays
* Refused packages
* Unclaimed shipments
* Incorrect shipping information provided
If you refuse to pay duties or reject the parcel, you will not be refunded.
5. LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is handed to the carrier:
* Responsibility transfers to the customer
R3BELLIS is not liable for:
* Lost packages
* Stolen packages
* Carrier delays
6. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
Unauthorized chargebacks violate our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to:
* Dispute chargebacks
* Suspend future purchases
* Block access to future drops
